We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and pancakes/waffles. The rooms were comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and quiet. The location was convenient, close to everything in the downtown area.

The hotel had great drink options and even delivered drinks to our room while we enjoyed the private pool. The hotel grounds were stunning with beautiful architecture and immaculate gardens. The hotel arranged an airport pick-up for us and our driver, Wayan Artha, was fantastic. The food and drinks at the hotel were delicious, and the service from the staff, especially Juli, was exceptional. The hotel also provided a shuttle to Balangan Beach, which was convenient. this was our favorite hotel during our trip.

The staff at Cross Bali Breakers was amazing - so friendly and accommodating. the resort is secluded and the villas are modern and sparkling clean. the daily complimentary breakfast was a great touch, and the floating breakfast we had one morning was a beautiful and delicious experience. the villa had everything we needed, and the private pool was clean and refreshing. the resort restaurant served delicious food, and overall, our experience here was better than we could have imagined. Highly recommended!

Breakfast option: The orange juice could be improved, as it tasted too sugary and artificial.

We had an amazing stay at this stunning hotel in Bali. the architecture and interior were gorgeous, and the gardens were immaculate. Our 1 bed pool villa was beautiful with its own private garden. the staff, especially our driver Wayan Artha, were super friendly and helpful. Wayan became our driver for the whole trip and took us to all the must-visit places, sharing interesting facts about the country along the way. the food and drinks at the hotel were delicious, and the breakfast was a highlight. We also enjoyed taking the shuttle to Balangan Beach, one of our favorite spots. this was our favorite hotel out of the four we stayed at in Bali and Nusa Lembongan. Cons: None 🤩.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to make our xmas stay unforgettable. The service was exceptional, and they were always friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also amazing, with a great variety of options for breakfast and delicious a la carte choices. The private pool in our room was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape. The view from our room was stunning, and we loved being able to enjoy the cocktails at the bar, especially the Nias and Aurora.

One thing we didn't like was that the pool water treatment could have been better. The water was sometimes cloudy and not very refreshing in appearance.

The villa pool was clean and the villa itself was jaw-droppingly modern and beautiful. The free buggy car lifts to the supermarket and beach were a nice added bonus. The architecture and gardens of the hotel were stunning. The airport pick-up service was well-organized and our driver, Wayan Artha, was brilliant and knowledgeable. The food and drinks at the hotel were delicious, with special mention to the attentive waitress, Juli. The shuttle to Balangan Beach was easy to arrange and the beach itself became one of our favorites. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer!

The villa we stayed in was clean and beautiful, giving a sense of being the first to enjoy it. the hotel's hidden oasis location provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

While the room and private pool were amazing, we did have some concerns. the fence around the pool area had large gaps, which meant that people walking past our room could potentially see inside if we left the curtains open.

One aspect that could be improved is the gym facilities, which lack cardio machines and standard equipment.
